Caribbean countries have officially announced adjustments to Citizenship by Investment (CBI) pricing in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), effective from July 1, 2024.

According to Caribbean countries currently operating Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programs, the minimum investment threshold is set at USD 200,000. The newly announced investment prices are detailed as follows:
1. Grenada Citizenship by Investment
The Immigration and Passport Authority (IMA) has announced the new pricing as follows:
Donation option (National Transformation Fund):
- Family of up to 4 members: USD 235,000
- Additional dependents (from the 5th member onward): USD 25,000 – 50,000 per person
- Siblings: USD 75,000 per person
Real estate investment option:
- Family of up to 4 members: USD 270,000
- Government contribution: USD 50,000
- Additional dependents (from the 5th member onward): USD 25,000 – 50,000 per person
- Siblings: USD 75,000 per person
2. Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment
The new investment thresholds, effective from July 30, 2024, are as follows:
National Development Fund donation option:
- Family of 1 to 4 members: USD 230,000
- Family of 5 or more: USD 245,000
University of the West Indies Fund option:
- Minimum investment: USD 300,000
Real estate investment option:
- Minimum investment: USD 325,000
Business investment option:
- No change; minimum investment remains USD 1,500,000
3. Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment
The program has adjusted investment levels for each option as follows:
Government donation option:
- Main applicant with up to three dependents: USD 240,000
- Additional dependents under 18: USD 10,000 per person
- Additional dependents over 18: USD 20,000 per person
- Newborn (under 12 months): USD 5,000
- Spouse of a Saint Lucia citizen: USD 35,000
- Other dependents: USD 25,000
Real estate investment option (approved projects):
- Minimum investment: USD 300,000
Enterprise project investment option (approved projects):
- Minimum investment: USD 250,000
At present, Dominica and Saint Kitts and Nevis have not yet officially announced their updated CBI investment thresholds under the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA). We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available from these two countries.
