The 100 Group – Hillwood Flywheel project has received I-956F approval from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, confirming that the project complies with USCIS requirements for the EB-5 program.
CMB Regional Center (CMB), one of the most experienced regional center operators in the EB-5 industry, announced today that the EB-5 project of the 100 Group – Hillwood Flywheel has received I-956F approval from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
This approval marks CMB’s 93rd approved EB-5 project, maintaining a 100% approval rate for the Regional Center across all projects reviewed by USCIS.
The approval of Form I-956F confirms that the project complies with USCIS requirements for the EB-5 program, enabling Group 100 investors to be eligible for immediate review of their I-526E applications. The approval of the I-526E application will then constitute a conditional permanent residence permit in the United States (Green Card).

The 100th group marks the 44th collaboration between the EB-5 lender and borrower, CMB and Hillwood Development Company (Hillwood). Projects undertaken by CMB and Hillwood have created over 63,000 jobs in the U.S. and returned more than $500 million to EB-5 investors. The project will include the development and construction of an A-grade regional distribution facility in Richmond, Virginia, to meet the needs of the tenant: a globally renowned toy manufacturer.
